职位描述
● Strategy: As a permanent member of the Cross-Functional Team (“CFT”) contribute in the definition of the commodity strategy.
● Execution: Ensures implementation of the commodity strategy in the geographic zone.
● Performance Monitoring: Track commodity performance & suppliers management in the geographic zone (directly, through operational buyers and Cross Functional partners)
● Strategy:
● Perform needs analysis for different Schneider entities in all geographic zones and segment the commodity needs.
● Perform in the geographic zone market analysis / intelligence and identification of market trends that could affect the pricing and supply
● With cross-functional team, identify et prioritize cross functional levers, define the cross functional strategy and obtain its approval.
● Manage the Supplier Orientation Chart; Identify and propose to the CFT list of K & C suppliers for the geographic zones as per needs segmentation
● Assess supplier risk (quality, bankruptcy, shortage,…)
● Execution:
● Animate Supplier leaders, & directly manage some K&C suppliers and get involved in global negotiations with these suppliers.
● Support the others purchasers (OCP, regional) in their negotiations (tools, arguments, … )
● Plan business reviews with K&C suppliers located in his geographic zone & assign the task to the respective supplier leaders in the zone.
● Follow up the supplier development and improvement actions plans (SAM status, ESSR and ENCR improvement).
● Deploy supplier framework agreements with the K&C suppliers located in his geographic zone
● Propose to the CFT evolution of the Supplier Orientation Chart based on the Evolution of the Commodity Strategy.
● Lead qualification process for any new supplier linked to commodity
● Coordinate continuous actions plan with the CFT, to fight against creation of any new supplier out of his control
● Develop/maintain commodity competency in the geographical zone
● Performance monitoring:
● Track the monthly Performance for the suppliers in his geographic zone (Quality, Service, Productivity).
● Handle most critical crisis with K&C suppliers.
● Follow up of the CFT action plan implementation and others improvement actions
● Update specific database for reporting or intellectual capital
● Track the supplier concentration ratio for the commodity.
