Job Responsibilities
？ Understands business structure and helps line managers to follow the human capability related project to meet the mid-to-long term business needs;
？ Work closely with managers to ensure HR initiatives/programs, such as people development MDR, Engagement survey, etc., are implemented effectively within the division
？ Coordinate and execute HR Projects leveraging various HR resources.
？ Help to operation talent pipeline projects or actions through systematic talent identity, assessment and development programs;
？ Participate in other HR projects, programs or activities, as assigned
？ Take responsibility for recruiting KPI Implementation
？ Member of recruiting team to support vendors manage, resource consolidation and other related job.


Qualification & Requirements
？ Bachelor degree or above;
？ Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including Business Partnering.
？ Experience in one or several HR Functions like Training and Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Talent Management
？ Excellent interpersonal, communications skills in English at different levels of the organization.
？ Excellent analytical and reasoning skills as well as long term strategic thinking
？ Customer orientation and ability to work in a Matrix management environment.
？ Experience designing and leading new initiatives, and be able to lead people
？ Good interpersonal communication skills and team work spirit;
？ Self-driven, has good business acumen and problem solving skills;
？ Ability to work under pressure;
