Responsible:

Research & source new suppliers

Screening and evaluating capability and capacity of new supplier according to H&M requirements

Introduce H&M group requirements to the new supplier

Coordinate orientation for new Supplier by concerned teams in PO

SOURCING NEW CAPACITY COOPERATION WITH OTHER PO TEAMS

Coordinate factory visit together with other departments in PO and follow up action plans

Work actively with merchandising team

Evaluate supplier performance together with other departments

Identify opportunities for relationship building
