Job Responsibilities:

-Front desk reception work including telephone answering, screening & transferring, dealing with letters or parcels (receiving and delivering) and providing visitor service.

-Daily sample information collecting and updating

-Parcel packing and forwarding on time according to HQ requirements and confirmed method.

-Package status information tracking and updating requirements from HQ and suppliers. Keeping good communication with both headquarters and suppliers at any time.

-Arrangement and information updating of keeping samples.

-All additional tasks appointed by Senior Managers of the company.

-Translation of company documents if necessary.

-Arranging files.

-Other office work or support to the Admin Dept.

-Good cooperating and communicating with all the other depts in the company.

-Potential position for future promotion is Administration Assistant/Administration Specialist

Qualifications:

-Working experience is preferred but not required. Excellent graduates also have a chance.

-Related training experience is preferred but not required

-Major in English (TEM-8) or Russian. Good English speaking and written skills

-Familiar with MS software

-Easy going, good communication skills, optimistic, open-character, hardworking, careful and attentive.

-每日收集并更新样品信息。

-根据总部的要求及确认方式，及时打包并转寄样品到总部。

-根据总部或供应商的要求，追踪并更新包裹状态信息。并与总部及供应商保持良好的沟通。

-留样物品的安排及信息更新。

-负责由公司其他经理级别人员分配的工作。
-如有需要，提供文件翻译工作。

-文件的整理及存档。

-协助行政部完成其他办公室工作。

-与公司的其他部门保持良好的合作与沟通。

-潜在的发展方向为行政助理或行政专员。

申请资格及要求:

-有工作经验者优先考虑，优秀应届毕业生亦可。

-有相关培训经历者优先考虑。

-英语专业八级或俄语专业。良好的口语及书面表达能力。

-熟悉办公系统软件。

-易于相处，善于沟通，乐观开朗，勤奋，仔细细心的。
