Responsibilities:
1. main contact person for any technical question our customers would have regarding:
1) technical feasibilities
2) sampling
2. Contact person for any technical complaint: he will be responsible for the first assessment of a complaint. Dispatch the complaint to relevant departments for further analysis.
3. depending on the importance of complaints or customer requests, make joint visits to the customer with our commercial department
4. preparation and organization of customers visiting/auditing
5. must be able to work with MS office systems, will be trained to use level 3 and level 4 systems (MES and SAP) to support him in feasibility analysis and complaint analysis.
Background:
1. Technical - master degree in engineering (preference mechanical or metallurgical)
2. 5 years or more experience in automotive industry, by preference in a stamping shop (but not mandatory)
