职位描述

Main Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:
1. Responsible for make management and business processes ISO9001/TS16949 compliant during project phase.
2. Responsible for the coordination of all activities (meetings, data storage, training organization…) Lead to this goal and the final ISO/TS certification.
3. Lead a small team that will support the different departments to implement the integrated quality management system.
4. During the company operation will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Assurance system. And central driver to make sure that all procedures are well implemented and followed; one tool will use for this will be internal audits.
5. Responsible for the continuous improvement of all procedures and processes.
6. Responsible for preparing and facilitating all audits related to (re)certification of ISO9001/TS16949


WCM (World Class Manufacturing)
1. WCM is a methodology that the company will use to make its processes and operations on a continuous basis more efficient and reliable.
2. Responsible for rolling out and continuously supporting all WCM related activities that lead to this goal:
3. Implementation of the different WCM pillars in a stepwise approach.
4. Supporting the different department in using the WCM tools.
5. Interfaces:
6. Quality Assurance is the responsibility of every employee of the company.
7. The Quality Assurance Manager will need to have for this reason very good skills to coordinate and work with different departments. (CTO, COO, CFO, CAO and CMO)

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, mechanical or related.
2. Requires 5+ years experience as a Plant Quality Management in the automotive industry with proven leadership / supervision for a team of at least 3 – 4 subordinates.
3. Excellent knowledge of Quality Standards such as TS 16949, customer specific requirements, and China Compulsory Certification CCC.
4. Change Management and system implementation experience are additional advantages.
5. Good team leadership skills. Good Team Player and Leader.
6. Can work independently and under pressure.
7. Strategy mind to business, good internal control mind and risk protection mind
8. Problem solver, good human relationships, flexible, patient and mature individual.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
10. Very good experience in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint required
11. Strong verbal/written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
