Job Details & Key Responsibilities
1，负责公司的销售业务发展及售后服务
Responsible for sales and after-sales service
2，负责与客户的技术团队沟通，引导客户对技术和产品进行选择
Responsible for communicating with customers’ technical team and guiding customers’ selection of technology and product
3，负责牵头主要客户的产品认证流程，并负责为客户提供技术支持
Responsible for leading approval process of key customers and providing technical support to customers

Applicant Attributes
Education Background:
教育背景：
本科及以上学历，具有市场营销、商务、金属材料、压力加工或冶金类等相关专业背景
Bachelor degree or above; relevant professional background about marketing management, commerce, metal material, press processing or metallurgy
Work Experience:
工作经验：
3年以上客户技术支持工作经验
At least 3 years' experience in customer technical support
熟悉钢铁产品及其生产制作流程
Proficient knowledge of steel and steelmaking process
良好的商业感觉及知识
Good business sense and sound commercial knowledge
Skills：
技能要求：
良好的内、外沟通能力、谈判能力和写作能力
Excellent abilities in internal and external communication, negotiation and writing
良好的中英文读写听说能力
Good English & Chinese in listening, speaking, read and writing
能适应频繁出差
Adaptable to frequent trips
