职位描述
Position: Quality Manager
Location: GZ and SZ.
Responsibilities
1. To be fully responsible for the quality assurance of the Company including setting up, repairing and maintenance of a compliance and effective quality system according to international quality standards
2. To report the performance of the quality system to the General Manager and head of International Quality Manager for review and as a base for improvement
3. To deliver training on quality awareness so as to cultivate a good corporate culture in quality management
4. To deal with external / internal assessors for accreditation issues
5. To streamline procedures for operational excellence
Requirements
1. Degree in any disciplines, Electronic Engineering or Quality System preferred
2. 3 years or above solid and hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining a quality system for a laboratory
3. Well versed in ISO17020, 17025, HOKLAS etc.
4. Experience in quality awareness training preferred
5. Excellent in Mandarin and Cantonese, Proficient in English
6. Good communication and inter-personal skill
7. Occasion travel to PRC
8. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quality Officer
