Responsibilities Include:
?Define key customer needs, fill and support new product/solution development process
?Help to develop and execute key value propositions, offerings, innovations mainly focussed on corporate and large local accounts.
?Lead execution of selected strategic projects
?Define KPIs to follow with key customers to establish key benchmarks for sector applications
?Define standards / protocols for trials, customer audits
?Be a part/leader of Customer Hit Team’s for selected corporate/large local accounts
?Provide technological expertise on demand for cluster sector and sales force
?Train / double work with selected people regarding sector expertise
?Represent the company in key sector organisations
?Develop cluster sector and application development specialists

Job Requirements and Experience:
?Food Technology/Packaging /Engineering degree with 5+ years experience in the F& B industry in technical roles.
?Leading edge sector process knowledge
?Strong application expertise relevant to sector(s)
?Complex project management
?Ability to understand technical aspects and convert them into business needs
?Good understanding of customer profitability and process costing
?Customer insight experience
?Training capability
