职位描述
Main Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for commodity supplier quality management (database, process capability, audit, performance etc.) cost reduction, quality assurance and on time delivery before SOP.
2. Initiate, lead and manage suppliers' continuous improvement programs.
3. Develop and implement China supplier development plan.
4. Assist suppliers to set up, implement, improve, maintaining quality control system.
5. Conduct supplier quality system and process audit.
6. Monitor supplier capabilities and market trends and develop vendor relationships.
7. Monitor and manage supplier's APQP.
8. Participate in qualification of suppliers and subcontractors.
9. Work closely with China purchasing teams in various locations for supplier development.
10. Maintain and optimize China Supplier Panel.
11. Support global project to development new supplier and manage current supplier to make sure the supplier PPAP could be approved successfully
Requirement
1. 5 to 8 years related working experience.
2. Supplier quality management experience in Automotive industry TIER1
3. Excellent English both in oral and written. Prefer understand Japanese/ German (basic level).
4. Frequent traveling is required (>30% working days)
5. Strong sense of self motivation and responsibility.
6. Logic thinking, target approaching; be able to take pressure
7. Cross-function team cooperation ability (team work with R&D, different BU plant)
