Major Duties & Responsibilities:

I. OBJECTIVE

Customer SolutionSpecialist under the leadership, coaching and development plan from Regional Customer Solutions Manager, is responsible for lead/coordinate PIP, CIP for Prevenar public market, supporting business and product access for private market, Key stakeholders development and policy leverage in Karamay(Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region).

在客户解决方案区域经理的领导、指导及发展计划下，客户解决方案专员负责karamay等(包括新疆维吾尔自治区主要城市)沛儿在公费市场的PIP\CIP以及自费市场的产品准入，与关键客户建立良好的专业关系，塑造有利的政策环境。

II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·MUST working under legal permit between CHINA Mainland and US, MUST following the global COMPLIANCE and company’s policy.

·一定要在中国大陆和美国法律允许下工作，一定要符合全球合规以及公司的政策。

·Advence Karamay CIP pilots and promote the other city CIP&PIP project in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous

·在新疆维吾尔自治区内推进克拉玛依的CIP试点项目，发展其他城市的CIP和PIP项目。

·Seamless implementation and tracking key programs to improve the effectiveness.

·根据客户解决方案项目目标，无缝执行和跟进主要项目，提高项目的有效性。

• Closely align with cross function team sales/market/Medical/GAMA to develop CS Plan & Programs in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous

·与销售、市场、医学、GAMA部门紧密协作在新疆维吾尔自治区内发展和执行客户解决方案团队的计划和项目。

·Identify and develop CDC/ BOH/POV KDM as trusted advocates

鉴别和发展疾病与控制中心、卫生局、接种点的关键客户成为产品的倡导者

III. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

Establish business relations with 50 KDMs

IV. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

A. EDUCATION

·Bachelor degree in medical, pharmaceutical, economics & management or public policy is required.

·学士学位以上的医学、制药、经济管理或公共政策等专业。

B. EXPERIENCE

·Working experience in multi-national pharmaceutical company more than 2 years.

·在跨国制药公司工作2年以上工作经验。

·Mature professional with demonstrated track record of achievement and delivering on commitments.

·成熟的职业经验并有可追溯的对于承诺达成的成果。

·Established track record of coalition building in complex environments.
