Principal Accountabilities:

1. Ensure that On Time Delivery and Inventory Turn are met with goal request;

2. Direct that planning team to make manufacturing schedule smoothly;

3. Direct that buyer team to improve suppliers’ delivery performance;

4. Organize material schedule to ensure new project is under control;

5. Work with AGS to achieve the material cost reduction goal;

6. Adopt the LEAD concept and Improve planning process;

7. Team management and create a cooperative culture within and out of the team.

Education background/Qualifications:

Bachelor degree and above.

Working experience:

1. At least 8 years experience in supply chain field;

2. More than 3 years supervisor or manager experience;

3. The managed team members should be greater than 4;

4. Experience in auto factory is preferred.

Skills:

1. Good communication skills and team spirit;

2. Good MS office skills;

3. Good ERP experience such as Oracle, SAP etc.;

4. Good oral and writing English skills;

5. Lean/TPS background or APICS certification is preferred.

Job Location: Taicang

Daily shuttle buses are offered to commute from Shanghai/Suzhou to Taicang.
