主要职责及任职要求如下：
- 与市场部一起制定所负责产品的区域市场计划并负责执行。
- 与所负责区域销售管理团队和产品管理团队紧密合作，为所负责产品取得最好的销售成果。
- 了解和汇报区域相关的市场信息。
- 沟通并跟进所负责产品的区域POA计划的执行。
- 协助全国会议在当地的执行。
- 发展并维护区域里的专家队伍。
- 负责区域里新医学信息沟通专员以及POA的实地培训。
- 管理区域推广费用以确保最好地达成目标和策略。
- 具有领导力及影响力。
- 具备良好的沟通、计划及组织能力。
- 有销售管理经验、或有市场和培训经验者优先。

主要工作职责 & 行为 / 任务
1. 制定和推动执行区域产品推广计划
- 收集、分析并报告区域市场状况
- 根据市场部产品组的策划及区域市场的需求制定有针对性的区域POA计划
- 沟通并跟进区域POA计划的执行
- 协助全国项目在当地的执行
2. 发展并维护区域专家体系
3. 组织实施区域内新医学信息沟通专员的实地培训及POA的后续跟进培训
4. 管理区域市场活动费用。根据产品组和大区经理的指导及预算，审批市场活动费用申请和报销报告
5. 拜访KOL、辅导临床学术主管及与DM/MICS协访医院的时间不少于50%的工作时间
6. 依据医学信息沟通大区经理和市场部产品组的指导要求，完成其他与本地市场和业务紧密相关的工作

任职条件：
- 现担任高级医学信息沟通专员或以上职位；
- 至少3年以上制药行业销售经验；
- 参考近2年销售数据，近1年MAT大于等于100%；
- 有销售管理经验者优先；


Job Posting

Position: MIC Associate Regional Promotion Manager /MIC Regional Promotion Manager
Reporting to: MIC Regional Manager.
Location: Wuhan

KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS:
1. Regional Product Planning and Implementation
- Gather, analyze and report regional market situation
- Develop regional Product POA plan, aligned with MKT product strategy and regional business needs
- Deliver regional POA plan and follow up its execution
- Coordinate local execution of product national events
2. Identify and develop professional relationship with regional KOL
3. Conduct regional on-the-spot, new MICS and POA follow up training etc.
4. Manage regional marketing activity expenses - review and approve expenses application and report according to the pre-approved budget and the guidance from MKT Product Team and RM.
5. MIC RPM should spend at least 50% time in visiting KOLs, coaching CAS and joint call with DM/MICS for following up POA execution
6. Complete other works closely related to the general role of local marketing and business, guided by RM and MKT team.

Qualifications required:
- Senior MIC Specialist level or above.
- At least 2 years working experience in Pfizer, or 3 years sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
- MAT over 100% during recent 1 year.
- Budding or sales management working experience preferred.
- Approval by either MIC District Manager & MIC Regional Manager or next two level leaders via email
