主要职责：
- 负责管理所辖区域和产品组的一切业务，制定地区目标和发展方向
- 建立业绩良好、极富生产力和士气高昂的团队
- 勇于挑战，在公司区域管理政策要求的情形下，确保完成上级经理下达的销售及其他工作目标
- 参与所负责区域的人员招聘，负责团队人员发展，进行绩效管理和教导
- 建立和保持有效的沟通系统
- 具备管理潜力，团队合作良好，积极正向的心态
- 具备良好的沟通、计划及组织能力

任职条件：
- 至少有2年以上制药行业销售经验；
- 跨国公司的销售经验总和大于等于3年
- 既往2年业绩良好
- 具有团队合作精神

Reporting to: MIC Regional Manager

Key responsibilities and requirements:
- Conduct the business of all responsible areas and develop district objective and direction
- Establish productive team with great performance and morale
- Achieve sales target successfully on the condition of complying with the company's policy
- Participate in staff recruitment and responsible for people development as well as performance management and coaching
- Build up and maintain smooth communication
- Leadership, team work and positiveness
- Good communication, planning and organizing skills

Qualifications required as below:
- At least 2 years sales experience in Pharm industry
- At least 3 years sales experience in the well-known multinational company
- Good performance during the past 2 years；
- Good Team Work
