Reports to: Plant Manager
Location: Nantong

Main purpose:
Lead and continuously improve operations plant organization (production planning, production, warehouse and maintenance) to achieve expectations from internal and external stakeholders

Key responsibilities:
1. Deliver on set targets and continuously find new and more efficient ways of operation for short and long term results
2. Setting standards and system for how the operations organization should be organized and ensure compliance

Accountable for:

1. Setting cost and investment budget for related departments
2. Establish and develop the operations management system ensure mechanisms for increased efficiency and productivity are built in
3. Breakdown of financial targets/budgets into measurable related KPI
4. Set KPI targets, follow up and take action to follow targets
5. Monthly reporting on performance on KPIs and budget targets
6. Organize, develop/educate and control the work force
7. Co- work in recruitment with HR
8. Ensure compliance with relevant quality and production standards
9. Ensure work force has the right competence and are in compliance with SHE standards
10. PDP development

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in , food engineering and science or other related major
2. 8 years working experience in oil industry or food industry.
3. familiar with grease or special grease, the manufacturing process of related products have enough understanding and experience
4. Understand six sigma, continuous improvement, HACCP management system, the ISO90001 , etc
5. Strong of English communication skills.
6. Familiar with common office software.
