This is a Europr Steel Company.



Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Consolidate view on steel usage in the automotive and threat of substitution by alternative products (such as aluminum, CFK,…); with the help of the customer teams
2. Contribute to the analysis of the automotive value chain
3. Gather macroeconomic data for the Chinese economy, with particular focus on automotive business
4. Gather data of steel market (prices, stocks, level of activity)
5. Competition watch, by consolidating publicly available information as well as information collected by sales teams
6. Analysis of the steel Supply/Demand Balance
7. Develop scenarios and forecast for steel consumption in automotive market based on customer activity, stocks and supply/demand analysis
8. Provide reports to management for economic microanalysis and economic forecast scenarios
9. Interface with the CMO Marketing and Communication Manager to contribute to the preparation of advertising, catalogues, newsletters, presentations and public documents

Requirements:
1. Master Degree in Economics, Marketing or related topics
2. at least 5 years in steel and/or automotive related businesses
3. Chinese native with proficient English language skills
4. analytical spirit, team working, well organized
5. able to "think out of the box"
6. open to work in international environment
