Role:
Implement daily work to support CA team's routine communication work and PepsiCo's brand building initiatives. Prepare write-ups on building up and maximizing positive corporate images to support company's business development in China and internal communication through efficient work on communications as well as other designated Corporate Affairs initiatives.

Accountabilities:
- Manage CA key relationships database, coordinate among GR, PR and CSR teams to help drive CA agenda and ensure overall work quality and efficiency.
- Work with key CA team members on daily basis, interact with all other functional peers and dozens of CA key relationships directly or indirectly, and help deliver important documents and follow up on key projects and various meetings.
- Support CA's VP on key cross team projects, especially CA's communications with important external stakeholders, and coordination with different vendors and partners.
- Work closely with team members to polishing important CA paperwork, such as the press release,PEPline story summary, sensitive media statement /talking points translation.
- Event organization: handle the logistics for important CA events, such as various ceremonies, senior executive China visits and key CSR programs execution.
- CA team budget management support: help CA's VP monitor / control CA's overall annual spending against the approved annual budget.
- Sustain value based culture by actively setting and cascading 'Tone at the Top' and engage in robust training and education programs.
- Champion & embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating.




Requirements:
- University graduate above, with excellent Chinese and English writing skills
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills
- Positive and proactive mindset and working style
- Capability of paying great attention to details
- Strong sense of responsibility and team player win-win spirit
- Fluent Chinese and English speaking and writing skills
