Position Description:
Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for Standard NIC card (Include Base T, FSC+, FC) introduction and maintain.
2. Be responsible for NIC card and NIC chip roadmap and technology trend analysis.
3. Be responsible NIC BBFV test and issue debugging, solving.
4. Be responsible NIC performance tuning and test, give solution proposal to end user.

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor's and/or a Master's degree in Computer Science with more than five years experience in communication/Computer related products development.
2. Familiarity with IEEE802.3 standard, PCI-SIG Spec, TCP/IP, Linux*kernel, Windows* driver
3. Familiarity with Intel Virtualization technology would be an added advantage
4. Development experiences on Ethernet products, Intel platform architecture, network communications.
5. Experiences on software development, good experience in Linux* and/or Windows* driver development , Linux kernel stack development, debug tool development, Legacy/EFI BIOS development.
6. Experience with PCIe bus analyzers and logic analyzers would be an added advantage.
7. Development experiences on platform performance analysis, tuning, and tools
8. Self-motivated, multi-task effective, ability to work independently and also in teams.
