Position Description:
1. Lead team to define software specification for VMware vSphere plug-in.
2. Lead team including outsourcing team to implement.
3. Code checking to make sure code quality.
4. Defect management & SW quality control.
5. Work with software project manager to deliver VMware vSphere plug-in on time with high quality

Position Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years experience in application development on Xen, Vmware, Citrix.
2. Experience in Vmware vSphere plug-in development is preferred.
3. Experience in vCenter SDK is an advantage.
4. A background in Xen is an advantage.
5. Ability to work with third parties.
6. Strong analytical ability and debugging skills.
7. Ability to handle multi-task.
8. Good communication skill. Ability to work with multiple functions.
9. Good English in spoken and written.
10. Highly self-motivated person able to drive projects forward.
