职位描述

Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. Confirming the department structure and working process

确定本部门的组织结构和工作流程

2. Taking part in solving the technical problems during new development and following development in order to develop new market and inspire potential.

参与解决生产过程中关于新开发以及后续开发的技术问题,以便于开发新的市场,发挥潜能

3. Making analysis of customers’ wish, keeping in contract with customers in order to meet their requirement, get the information about keystones and difficulties in advance and which new product they have and its market field.

分析客户意愿,保持与客户技术联系沟通,以便于保证产品满足客户要求,预先知道问题难点所在,同时认识新产品及市场领域

4. Supporting technical process and series production, definition of the quality of process development and making sure satisfy the customers’ requirement. Producing according to production plan in order to make sure the project go into series production successfully.

工艺流程支持/批量生产支持 定义过程开发的质量,满足技术法规要求,以及按过程生产制造,以确保项目能够正常批量生产

5. Personal arrangement: Arranging personal and distributing task properly. Inspiring the potential and motility of underlings in order to promote their creativity and flexibility.

人员调配 有目的的进行PP人员的调配和任务的分配,激励员工的潜力和能动性,以便于促进其创造性和灵活性

6. Guiding the investment, capability planning and production measures of new project. If necessary, communicating(product Auditing and process Auditing) with customers in order to make sure our supply in both quantity and quality on schedule.

引导新项目的投资和生产能力计划,生产措施,必要的时候和客户进行协商(产品审核,过程审核),确保我们供应的产品符合时间进度,数量和质量。

7. Driving other related departments to cooperate with under the consideration of project schedule, cost and quality.

在考虑到项目进度、成本和质量以及技术规格的情况下,推动其它相应部门,协调工作

Requirements

1. University degree

大学本科

2. Mechanical Engineering

机械专业

3. Good communication in English

良好的英语勾通

4. More than 8 years work experience in technology or project management

从事技术或项目管理8年以上工作经验

5. Good communication ability. Teamwork

善于勾通协调,具有团队精神
