JOB PURPOSE 工 作 目 的
1. Create and maintain department database for analytical use
2. Demonstrate deep understanding of DDI, SAP,FAZ and other data-related system
3. Prepare regular extensive business analysis reports regarding sales, demand, stock, pricing etc.,
4. Identify causes of business issues through independent analysis, and give reports to line manager in time
5. Ability to find the risks of business and give alert/ forecast/ suggestions independently
6. Any other ad hoc reports or projects

Bachelor degree or above is needed

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 主 要 职 责
A) Business analysis 50%
?Identify the causes of business issues through independent analysis
Reports with correct and solid analysis that can explain the business issue
?Be able to find the risks of business and can give alert/ suggestions/ forecast independently
Reports to analyze the influence of business decision, showing the potential risk and give suggestions

B) Prepare regular reports 20%
?Prepare regular reports regarding sales, demand, stock, pricing etc.,
Can complete the reports timely with good quality

C) Department database 20%
?Setup department database
Consolidate all relevant business data for further analyzing use
?Maintain the database to keep the data updated
Update the data regularly

D)Other ad hoc reports or project support 10%
?Other ad hoc reports asked by line manager or management team
Can submit the reports timely with good quality
?Project support
