职位描述
This is a Famous USA Food Company.
Export Japan working expereince is preferred.
General Purpose & Objectives:
Identify, develop and execute this company China export business strategies. Select and develop strategic business partners outside China, initiate and execute annual business development plan, achieve significant business growth for this company China product groups in key export markets including Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and Middle East.
Major Tasks & Activities:
1. Develop and formulate business development strategies for markets outside of China especially Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and Middle East.
2. To ensure the execution of this company China export business strategies, developing strategic customers with partnership outside of China. Develop annual export business plans; execute the plans, meeting annual business budget targets.
3. Develop and improve commercial processes. Lead and execute key customer projects.
4. To review different market segments, identify and execute on market opportunities, carry out market analysis. Develop sales and marketing strategies for different product groups for different markets outside of China.
5. To maintain and enhance customer relationships with existing and new key customers.
6. To lead, train, motivate and grow an effective sales force to strive and drive for optimal results.
7. Support the development of overall sales strategies in China, and support the key account management in China if needed.
8. Contribute to the company China strategies and work with other function leaders closely to execute the overall this company China strategies.
Quality Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Sales / Commercial/Food science/Veterinarian or related major, MBA strongly preferred.
2. Above 10 years sales experience in food industries with a minimum of 5 years at managerial level. Director level preferred.
3. Successful sales and new business development track record in China and overseas food market, solid export commercial experience required.
4. Strong commercial sense. Export and foreign trade process and knowledge is a must.
5. Deep understanding of Chinese food markets and Chinese food industries. Understanding of the rest of Asian food markets and food industries is preferred.
6. Strong experience on building customer relationships. Experience with overseas customers is a must.
7. Strong data analytical and problem shooting skills.
8. Able to develop a strong sales team and motivate them with diverse skills.
9. Strong willingness to learn.
10. Creative in developing new business opportunities.
11. Demonstrated strategic thinking as well as execution.
12. Aggressive in challenging market, result-oriented, self-motivated and willing to work hard under high pressure.
13. Good English both in speaking and writing.
