主要工作职责：

1、从事PCR、RT-PCR实验操作、探针、引物设计、最终数据分析等工作；

2、协助部门主管进行分子诊断试剂盒的研发；

3、按时保质保量完成项目任务，及时准确与项目相关人员沟通；

4、及时总结项目的完成情况，提交完整的项目实验记录报告及结果分析。

要求：

1、本科及以上学历，生物化学、分子生物学、微生物学等生命科学或医学相关专业；本科学

必须有2年以上工作经验；硕士学历至少1年以上工作经验；

2、具有诊断试剂开发经验者优先考虑；

3、具有丰富的实验设计经验；有相对独立的课题研究能力；

4、善于学习科研新方法、新技术，专心从事科学研究，并具有一定独立科研能力，具备良好的英文读写能力以及查阅、理解科学文献的能力；

5、爱岗敬业，吃苦耐劳，责任心强， 遵章守纪，具有强烈的团队合作与开拓创新精神。
