职位描述

This is a Famous USA Mechanical Company.
Location: Jinqiao, Shanghai


Position Summary:
Be responsible for the company’s training program especially for supporting to implement the training plan smoothly and successfully, and also develop and implement the certain training program for the company china.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Reporting to Talent & Training Manager, this position will be responsible for supporting talent& training manager to organize and implement the annual training plan and also design, manage & execute the training course independently.
Job Responsibility:
1. Training program development and implementation
1) To support training & development manager for identifying the employees’ development plan and training needs based on the company strategies and business needs.
2) To systemize and develop the annual training program through the training needs analysis. (i.e., working with Sales Force)
3) To monitor the training plan, activities for employees in each platform/division.
4) To be responsible for delivering corporate training programs (such as the lean tools training, soft skill & leadership programs and other functional training program), and support various sites training activities.
5) To facilitate, conduct or instruct and implement training courses when needed.
6) To manage program and curriculum related logistics to ensure its successful delivery.
7) To evaluate program and curriculum effectives and develop improvement plan.
2. Training Project Management
1) To Facilitate the training project when needed
2) To design & upgrade internal training program
3) To assist Training Manager to conduct trainee program

Qualifications:
1) Education: Bachelor degree or above;
2) Experience: Minimum 5 years track records in human resources management with at least 2~3 years experience in training, especially in Corporate University in MNC.
3) Special Knowledge: Good at in Excel and PowerPoint, fluent English, particularly in speaking and writing;
4) Special Skills: Familiar with training and facilitation skill
5) Other Requirement: Strong sense of urgency and customer oriented, Be good at training promotion, high desire in professional learning continuously, willingly adapt to change in functional management improvement, high influential ability, healthy winning attitude by team spirit.
