This is a Famous Auto. Parts Company.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and above
2. Above 8 years related Human Resources experience, staffing and recruiting focused
3. Fluent in both Written and Oral English.
4. Foreign Investment company (Fortune 500 company is preferred) HR Management experience
5. Familiar with China Labor Law
6. Targeted Selection Certificate preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Responsible and accountable to the company to manage, support and provide direction to all staff within the human resources department with regard to staffing and recruiting.
2. Oversees all recruitment and staffing activities, transfers of employees and employee development program
3. Responsible to maintain open channel or communications/support with all internal departments
4. Oversees wage and salary proposals and offers, maintains competitiveness towards market.
5. Responsible to ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by all personnel for all staffing and recruiting activities.
6. Must be capable of collecting and correlating relevant data that pertains to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment and staffing
7. Establishes needs and goal of the department to meet overall company directives
8. Responsible to maintain an ongoing organizational structure to meet company long term goals and procedures
9. Prepares reviews and performs performance appraisals.
10. Ensures confidentiality of all company personnel data is strictly maintained.
11. Provide personal counseling.
12. Performs other duties as required.
