This is a Food Company.
Role, Responsibility and Scope
1. Understand consumer behavior and insight, as well as competitive environment, by conducting researches and internal data analysis.
2. Properly understand and follow company strategy to work out and execute marketing plans accordingly
3. Be creative on brand communication and consumer promotions to achieve good performance and cost effectiveness.
4. Contribute valid ideas on new product development and innovations to explore the market potential and to expand business.
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance by SKU, by channel, and by regions, to understand brand healthiness, then response and react quickly.
6. Support and input in other areas related to product and brand management.
Key Performance Indictors
1. Achieve annual sales target of both existing products and new products.
2. Develop break-through concept and product, and then successfully launch it according to the plan.
3. Work out creative and effective promotional plans, and execute smoothly with the project team.
4. Control the A&P expenses well, according to the annual budget.
Organization Relationship (internal/external)
1. Closely work with Trade Marketing and Sales team for promotional plans and executions.
2. Closely work with R&D team to develop new products or for renovation projects.
3. Well communicate with other related functional departments when needed, including finance, purchasing, planning, production, logistics, etc.
4. Maintain good work relationship with external partners, like research house, advertising agency, suppliers, etc.
Knowledge, Skill, Experience Requirements
1. Bachelor degree, over 5 years, Solid marketing experiences in FMCG industry.
2. Good English skills, especially on written English.
3. Good at reporting and documentation by Word, Excel and PPT.
4. Willing to take challenges, and result-oriented
5. Open minded and quick learning
6. Good communication and team working
