职位描述
This is a Semiconductor Company ( Finishing encapsulation ).
Primary Responsibility
1. In charge of the Sales and Planning activities. Including sales development, initiative annual sales objective, loading forecast, including IE, capacity planning and material planning activities.
2. Identify and capture new business opportunities, coordinate further R&D, NPE activities to increase USC customer base.
3. Plan & execute USC sales strategy, In charge of marketing analysis to formulate USC service and pricing strategy.
4. Develops and establishes procedures and policies governing customer correspondence and the handing of customer requirements.
5. Recruit Manage and Reviews roles and performance in order to develop and retain high quality, motivated and committed staff.
6. To assist Site President for AOP, budget planning, market strategy, customer information update, and so on.
7. To accept and execute for any other special tasks, assignments or ad-hoc requirements ordered by line manager
Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements
1. University degree or above
2. At least 8 years relevant working experience with 5 years managerial experience
3. Good communication skill, fluent in English both oral and written
4. Better with work experience in semiconductor industry
