职位描述

Report to China Training and Staffing Manager

This position is responsible to develop and implement training strategy to ensure employees obtain the skills required by the business operation. Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment contract laws.Design and organize training program, plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary.

Key role:

1. Responsible for company trainings including planning, management, implement, analysis and evaluation.
2. Identify and develop the job competence matrix together the recruiting team.
3. Take charge of the employee development programs, such MDP, LDP, DP, etc, to meet the company’s needs in talent development.
4. Manage, develop and optimize all internal and external training resources in the manner of efficient and cost control.
5. Coordinate and manage internally of the company Talent Management System, as well as the follow up.
6. Ensure the training documentation proper archived and filtered.
7. Ensure the training policy, practice and documentation are fully compliant to the company’s quality system.
8. Other work assigned by the HR Department Head.

Qualifications:
1) Education: Bachelor degree or above;
2) Experience: Minimum 5 years track records in human resources management with at least 2~3 years experience in training, especially in MNC.
3) Special Knowledge: Good at in Excel and PowerPoint, fluent English, particularly in speaking and writing;
4) Special Skills: Familiar with training and facilitation skill
5) Other Requirement: Open minded, Be good at training promotion, high desire in professional learning continuously, willingly adapt to change in functional management improvement, high influential ability, healthy winning attitude by team spirit.
