This ia a Famous Auto. Parts Company.
Scope of Job:
This position is responsible for work with application & validation team to take lead the turbocharger test.
Work involves considerable creativity, perception and initiative and is performed with very limited supervision.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible to lead the turbocharger test
1) To work with application & validation team to fully understand the test requirement;
2) To take lead the test preparation, to ensure test instrumentation and test sample setup properly;
3) Leading to conduct test, ensure test data properly and test complete on time.
2. To support application & validation team to conduct data analysis and failure analysis.
3. To support equipment engineer to maintain the measurement devices
1) To support equipment engineer to calibrate the test equipment and measurement instrumentation on time;
2) To support equipment engineer
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Above 5 years experience (excl. training) in turbocharger or engine testing field
3. Major in Internal combustion engine, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, testing & measuring methodology
4. Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output.
5. High analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult.
6. Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
7. In-depth understanding of unit’s products and manufacturing operations.
8. Good communication skill;
9. Good initiative and teamwork spirit.？
