Scope of Job:
This position is responsible for Source competitive and qualified supplier who can meet worldwide standards
Implement and fully coordinate global sourcing strategy well carry on in BU2 Asia 2.
Support overseas RFQ at LCC suppliers.

Responsibilities：
1. To source competitive, quality components from Chinese suppliers that meet worldwide standards.
2. Search and evaluate new World Class suppliers in China.
3. Working closely with the teams in worldwide sourcing organizations.
4. Establish and maintain cross-functional linkage with plant’s worldwide to assure effective sharing of sourcing information.
5. Support development of sourcing strategy through regular communications both written and telephones with sourcing teams.
6. Ensure suppliers have appropriate quality systems, audit effectiveness, supplier source release, drive corrective action plans and supplier process improvement.
7. Lead and assist suppliers in Prototype, APQP and PPAP.
8. Organize supplier visits and carry out benchmarking against comparable suppliers.
9. Analysis market price trends.
10. Ensure full commitment and support for training, communication, health and safety, housekeeping and personal discipline.
11. Directly responsible for working result and achieving target as defined by the Global Sourcing Manager.
12. Internal contacts – employees at all levels within china and other locations.
13. External contacts – Suppliers to director level.
14. Individual tasks from the Superior


Requirement

1. Bachelor degree
2. Purchasing knowledge of advanced purchasing, supplier audit/control and project management.
3. Knowledge of product development, manufacture processes.
4. Knowledge of VDA, TS 16949 quality system and concerning procedure, such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC.
5. Familiar with automotive industry, 5 year working experience, >3 years working experience in TIER1 or TIER2
6. Experience of certain process, such as stamping, casting, injection molding, machining etc
7. Excellent English both in oral and written. Prefer understand German/Japanese (basic level).
8. Computer skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes. Understand engineering drawing requirement. Prefer be able to work with CAD or UG/Pro-E/Catia. Good data maintenance skill (can deal with > 500 part number),
9. Frequent traveling is required (>30% working days)
10. Good negotiation and communication skill.
11. Strong sense of self motivation and responsibility.
12. Logic thinking, target approaching; be able to take pressure
13. Cross-function team cooperation ability (team work with R&D, different BU plant)
