Scope of Job
Set up and lead SQA Organization in Asia Pacific in order to develop, implement, measure, analyze, improve and control supplier quality (including suppliers for global)


Responsibilities

1. Set up SQE Organization in A/P in order to develop, implement, measure, analyze, improve and control supplier quality (including suppliers for global).
2. Develop suppliers for A/P and Global needs in order to get significant savings due to LCC sourcing with good quality level.
3. Evaluate and assist suppliers in APQP activities including effective FMEA, control plan, production flow-charts, SPC, problem solving, PPAP submission, etc. in order to ensure new project ramp-up.
4. Manage problem solving and corrective actions (root cause analysis, 8D report etc.) of supplier complaints, together with plant SQE.
5. Support purchasing to optimize Supplier Panel.

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree and engineering background
2. 5 years in automobile industry experience
3. Younger than 45.
4. Supplier quality management experience in Group
5. Excellent English both in oral and written.
6. Frequent traveling is required
7. Good network within Group
8. Knowledge of engine components manufacturing process, such as, Piston, Ring carriers, Piston pins, Valves, Bearing & Bushing, Assembled camshafts, etc.
9. Knowledge of various production processes, such as, Casting, Sintering, Forging, Machining, etc.
10. Knowledge of material specifications, such as, steel grades, cast iron, etc.
11. Strong sense of self motivation and responsibility.
12. Logic thinking, target approaching;
13. Cross-function team cooperation ability (team work with different BU1 plant and functions)
14. Experience in leading people and set up organization
