Position Summary:
Lead the implementation of quality systems (ISO9001 and TS16949) and work closely with R&D, Quality, Supplier quality, Reliability team and Manufacturing Engineering personnel on product and process design during the development and introduction of new products and technologies.
Lead internal system audit, layer process audit, coordinate outside customer/3rd party system audit. Support for product environmental compliance programs.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Report to Division Quality Manager. Contact with all departments in the company. Contact with the suppliers, customers, and consult the quality system evaluation of the company.

Job Responsibility:
1. Work with the Project Team to achieve a robust validated process. Working from the design input requirements, functional specifications and risk analysis, develop necessary confidence levels and derive the resulting product and process validation and test plan. Interpret test results to predict product reliability.
2. Provide process validation support both internally and with vendors. Technically understand the process in question, develop and provide input to process validation protocols, coordinate inspections and analyze the results. Ensure agreement on inspection techniques, equipment and acceptance criteria.
3. Provide customer support on existing programs and new programs. Be responsible for submitting PPAP documents to customers.
4. Schedule and implement quality assurance system/process/products both internal audit and external audits. Issue audit reports and ensure the corrective and preventive actions are conducted effectively.
5. Implement product compliance to RoHS, REACH, halogen-free, etc. obtaining/reviewing/approving
6. Products environmental data to validate compliance with environmentally restricted substance requirements and answering customer product environmental requests, as needed.
7. Organize and train related function employees to use tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP/PPAP).
8. Communicate with Division, sites for continuous improvement. Suggest and Review Improvement Plan, Driving continuous improvement on quality system.
9. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree with engineering background;
2. More than 3 years experience as quality engineer in multi-national automotive tier one supplier company
3. Strong knowledge of TS16949 quality system, familiar with ISO 9001 and other related quality system;
4. Knowledge of ROHS, REACH related environmental compliance;
5. Good communication skill both in Chinese and English;
6. Strong ability to implement and push project to success;
7. 6 Sigma green belt or above is preferred;
