Responsibility：
1. Support regional PLM initiatives
2. Keep CAD systems and network operational
3. Data transfer, translations and model integrity
4. Recommend system development to fit R & D need
5. Install and maintain R & D systems
6. Upgrade CAD system when necessary
7. Co-ordinate CAD environment design
8. Support PLM multi-site design
9. Troubleshoot and maintain PLM system
10. Spec new equipment and software
11. Establish data connection to suppliers and customers
12. Maintain client PLM communications with customers
13. Provide budgetary forecasting for R & D IT development
14. Integrate PLM with information sharing utilities and maintain
15. Provide first level responses to end user for CAD, PLM and Data Sharing

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree
2. 2 years SMARTEAM experiences and 6 years PLM experiences
3. English
