Position Description:
1、Be entirely responsible for Mfg process quality management;
2、Establish and update quality control standard, inspection and test method and procedure;
3、Make final decision for inspection findings of raw materials, semi- FG, and FG;
4、Participate in suppliers’ assessment regularly;
5、Customer complaint and marketing feedback handling in time, follow up quality improvement,

corrective and preventive action;
6、Take responsibility of ISO9001, 14001 establishment, internal and external audit management and improvement;
7、Organize quality management training;
8、According to all kinds of quality data statistics and analysis report, ensure quality continued improvement;
9、Participate in regular quality and operation meeting.
Position Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above in mechanics, electro-mechanics or quality Mgmt., etc;
2、5 years and above working experience, at least 3 years in engineering, quality management

Dept in foreign company or joint venture;
3、Be familiar with ISO9001,ISO14001 system planning, establishment, operation;
4、Pay close attention to details, focus on quality control;
5、Be provided with the capability of quality accident handling, quick decision;
6、Be good at coaching and encouraging employees;
7、Good communication and English skills;
8、With Six Sigma GB and above, Quality Engineer, Project Management certification would be preferred.
