Major Responsibilities/Activities:

Responsibilities include developing positive relations with other individuals within as well as outside the department. In addition, to the duties described, the incumbent completes all other projects as assigned by QA management as well as assures compliance to Nutritional Labeling Laws and Good Manufacturing Practices.

This position demands excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines. Product must be released by the target launch date or shipment to customers may be delayed and in turn can negatively impact wholesale and retail business. Customer dissatisfaction and possibly loss of customer accounts could also result if a late batch release were to deplete product inventory.

Responsible for preparing the CoA of finished product data.

Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system

1 Assures all quality related documents, manuals, protocols, and specifications are maintained and in a state of audit readiness.

2 Prepares, issues, tracks, and audits workorder and rework packages.

3 Identifies all batch non-conformances and initiates appropriate actions for those non-conformances.

4 Verifies and completes product releases.

5 Verifies product isolations, places product on hold, and follows-up on reworks and dispositions.

6 Prepares and distributes hold lists.

7 Verifies and customer returns and finished product.

8 Responsible for product destruct coordination and documentation.

9 Coordinates shipment of samples for Interim Operating Procedures and Surveillance testing.

10 Develops systems to track, trend, report, and reduce nonconformance issues.

11 Track and report quality statistics.

12 Assist with the coordination of the surveillance testing program at the plant.

13 Coordinate and communicate release timing of batches to meet release goals.

14 Assist with completion of Certificates of Analysis.

15 Perform meeting setups, routing and distribution of paperwork, maintain office supplies.

EHS

1 Follow all EHS rules and procedures for QA department.

2 Report any EHS incidents and/or Near Misses (unsafe acts and conditions) promptly to supervision.

3 Attend all required training and medical surveillance programs.

4 Wear all PPE as required.

5 Propose any opportunities to improve the EHS program to supervision.

Industry experiences:

1 2 years of QA experience with a minimum of 1 year in the Batch Records area as Batch Records Coordinator preferred

2 A thorough knowledge and ability to audit all batch records preferred.

3 Good practical knowledge of GMP and GLP in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing

4 Good knowlege and practice in documentation management

5 Knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems would be preferred

Position experiences:

1 Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

2 Team player with imitative, drive, good communication skills

3 Relevant experience in docuemntation management.

Language Skills：

Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

Computer Skills:

Fundamental computer application skills
