Dedicated on retailer key account management.
Monitor and measure company lab testing services across Asian countries to ensure customer satisfactory and KPI compliance.
Cross-line/area coordination pertaining to program and procedure deployment.
Customer complaint investigation and follow-up improvement by working with China business lines.
Business review meeting with customer.
Business analysis & development in terms of service module and scope to add further value to customer.
