Report directly to the General Manager is responsible for defining the marketing strategy based on market analysis, coordinating the marketing activities and defining market strategy to deliver customer satisfaction and business results. They are to ensure the fulfillment of the company's objectives and respect of the company's strategy.
直接向总经理汇报，负责定义营销策略市场分析，协调营销活动和市场策略定位确保客户的满意度和营业收入。员工的行为需尊重公司发展目标及公司发展策略。


Work Responsibilities
工作职责
- Develope and execute short-term and long

term marketing plans including, brand, product, media, public relations, promotion strategies, etc
发展和执行长短期的市场计划，包含但不仅限于品牌产品媒介公关和促销策划等；
- Proposal and develop effective sales and marketing strategic in order to achieve

the sales and margin objectives according to the company strategic plans;
提议和开发有效的销售和营销策略达到公司销售盈利的目标；
- Plan, lead and manage the marketing events；develop and manage marketing program budget and spending;
策划、领导和管理市场营销活动, 控制市场营销活动的预算及成本；
- Responsible for the company and partner marketing behavior, cost, effect monitoring,

evaluation and correction；
负责对本公司及合作方的营销推广行为、成本、效果进行监控、评估、修正；
- Keep track and anticipate in competitors' activities and strategies；
观察竞争者的活动和营销策略；
- Make sure share with team the company vision, marketing strategy and team members’long-term

and short- term target；
与团队分享公司愿景、市场营销策略，确保团队成员清楚自己的长短期工作目标；
- Enhance the functional excellence of the whole marketing team;
加强市场行销团队的合作能力；
- Other job assigned by General Manager.

Requirements:
职位要求
- At least 5 years experiences in marketing area.
在市场领域至少拥有5年经验。
- Education: College or above.
教育：大学或以上。

- Fluent in English
英语流利


- Could handle pressure from work and accept business trip on usual.
能够经受高强度工作压力和出差


- Project management skills.
有项目管理能力


-Strong coordination and leveraging skill and experience to work with inter-department in multi-cultural environment.
