Job Description:
? Responsible for daily IT system support and monitoring in order to ensure the smooth run of the system
? Provide PC support for end users
? Maintain appropriate and accurate IT administration and documentation
? Work closely with the Netherlands helpdesk for server issues
? Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Entry Requirements:
? Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Engineering or related subjects
? At least 1 year working experience in systems and network administration
? Knowledge of MS products – Window XP, Window 7, Outlook 2007, Exchange Server & TCP/ IP networking, Citrix Client Issue, etc
? Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
? Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
? Occasional travel to China to support our Shenzhen office
