职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide Lab system support for LIMS - Lab Information Management System.(Training will be provided)
2. Perform Client set-up and provide technical support.
3. Implement site projects, IT projects and compliance projects as per IT plans; IT Technician’s role may vary from project to project.
4. Manage the internal & hosted network infrastructure including: firewalls, routers, switches and telephony.
5. Manage back office servers (Windows base) and services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, AD, Group Policy, Backup)
Requirement/Basic Qualifications:
Education and qualification required:
1.College degree above, major in computer science and technology is prefer.
2.MCSE/CCNA holder would be preferred.
Experience required:
1. 2-3 years of relevant working experience at least;
2. Experience with Lab system will be highly preferred.
Special skills, mental/personality requirements:
1. Outstanding problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
2. Excellent telephone and communication skills; (Chinese and English)
3. Familiar with x86 server, storage systems and networking terms and equipment such as Cisco LAN & WAN, router and switch;
4. Familiar with Windows server and services, AD, domain and backup solution (Symantec Backup Exec)
5. Be service minded and to show a positive attitude towards end-users;
6. A good and efficient team player, independent, reliable, self-initiative, flexible and logically minded.
