Position Description:
LBG Services Parts manager is based in Beijing, China. This is a WW LBG Service Parts Operations Management position and reporting directly to the LBG services Lifecycle Management Director. The LBG Services Parts management team is responsible for E2E LBG service parts operations including parts planning, parts fulfillment, service vendor management, process improvement and key project management.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1、Manage WW Service parts planning.
2、Manage parts fulfillment including Purchase order creation, order tracking, order delivery and order management.
3、Develop end to end parts operations BMS including KPIs, reporting mechanism.
4、Manage service parts vendor performance and vendor communication.
5、Analyze parts operational reports and constantly seek for opportunity to improve Manage key services parts projects and track project status.

Position Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree and Master degree preferred. supply chain management major preferred, or Computer/ Electronics/IT major.
2、Minimum of 5 years PC or mobile phone service parts operations management experience sound knowledge in parts operation process and supplier management.
3、PC service cost & finance management experience is preferred.
4、Good developed communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

6、Intermediate to advanced skills in the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
7、High level of motivation/self-starter, ability work independently as well as collaborate in team Reporting and other miscellaneous: 1. Position will be located in Lenovo HQ in Beijing 2. Scope of this role covers all countries worldwide, good English communication skill is a must.
