Position Description:
1、Service BU performance management, control service BU overall performance healthy growth, set financial management structure to control Service I&E, establish and optimize Service BU financial and business analysis process, support Profitbility analysis for each service product or project.
2、Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing, cooperate with BU operation and Finance to set Service budget, forecast Service performance on monthly basis and analysis the budget difference, support finance monthly closing.
3、Service cost and expense management, manage and optimize the service cost allocation process, product cost and GP review, drive cost efficiency throught cost management and alaysis, set service expense and cost approval matrix, service expense management and productity analysis.
4、Other ad-hoc job, support BU ad-hoc request, support audit request.

Position Requirements:
1、大学本科及以上学历，财务或IT相关专业。
2、具有至少5年以上工作经验，具有IT行业背景，财务分析或业务分析背景。了解服务及财务知识，有管理经验。
3、熟练运用Excel，能建立模型，分析大量数据
