Reporting to the Sales Manager Huizhou is responsible for achieving the monthly and annual sales targets,
and representing the companies brands in the market. They are to ensure the fulfillment of the company's objectives and respect of the company's strategy.
直接向惠州销售经理汇报,负责完成月销售指标及年度销售预算,在市场作为公司品牌代表。员工的行为需尊重公司发展目标及公司发展策略。
Work Responsibilities
工作职责
- Develop the market within Guangzhou;
开发广州的市场;
- Create promotional plan, and once approved implement in the market;
建立促销计划并且将公司批准的促销计划负责落实到市场;
-Understand competitive activity;
理解市场竞争;
-Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets;
稳定的达到并且超越销售指标;
-Confirm, monitor and select potential wholesaler, which measure up Liquorland’s criterion;
确定、监督及筛选合适的礼克岚潜在客户;
-Coordinate between internal team and whole sales and marketing team about consistency in appointed area, pricing and sales information.
与公司内部团队、市场部门合作在指定的区域内收集市场价格及销售情况的信息。
-Especially maintain the price structure in wholesale channel and control sales territory.
控制销售区域,尤其注重维护批发渠道的价格策略。
-Report on a timely manner to the Sales Manager

Requirements:
职位要求
- At least 2 years experiences in related industry work is preferred;
在相关工作领域至少拥有2年经验优先;
- Independent developing and public relations ability, negotiation skills and certain planning and organization;
具有独立客户开拓能力、公关能力、谈判能力及一定的策划能力和组织能力
