职位职责：

1、依据公司政策和规定，完成工艺操作；

2、翻班制工作，在班组中发挥作用，提高生产效率；

3、参与并支持有关工厂环境，生产安全，人员健康的计划；

4、有效参与设备和工艺的持续改进和提高

岗位要求：

1、熟悉流涎生产和卷绕机等设备，或者熟悉薄膜生产工艺

2、带领过班组，动手能力强,团队合作精神,愿意和其他人合作；

3、基本的质量相关知识,比如 spc 质量控制图；

4、良好的安全知识和个人防护用品佩戴知识；

5、基本的微软办公软件操作(word,excel,ppt)；

6、愿意从事翻班工作，能够在生产需要时进行加班；

7、sap或者其他epr软件使用经验；有挤出生产经验为佳；

8、在跨国化工企业工作经验为佳；

9、薄膜生产工艺***，有叉车证，化工、机械、纺织、塑料背景者优先
