Responsibilities

- Familiar with company operation policy, procedure and effectively implement.
认真有效的贯彻执行公司政策和流程.
- To actively support Biz Operation / Access Manager on daily job and communication with both internal & external dept. to ensure good cooperation to drive business.
积极支持业务运作与准入经理的日常工作，协助加强内外部的沟通合作促进C&D业务发展.
- Provide logistics support to ensure the effectiveness of Partnership Program.
确保第三方合作伙伴项目的顺利有效地实施.
- Support to arrange BU level meetings. Assist Biz Operation / Access Manager on the logistics arrangement both for internal and external meeting.
协助组织BU相关会议，并为本部门提供内外部会议的后勤支持.
- Provide necessary administrative support to C&D BU.
提供C&D业务部门必要的行政服务和支持.
- Assist Biz Operation / Access Manager on controlling budget well.
协助业务运作与准入经理管理预算.
- Supervise the assigned other activities and projects.
协助执行业务运作与准入经理交予的其他工作任务.

Qualifications
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS 基本要求
1. Educational /Training教育和培训
- Bachelor Degree or above本科或以上
- Good English良好的英文沟通能力
- Good computer skills熟练操作计算机和办公软件
2. Working Experiences工作经验
- Relevant administrative experience in MKT or Sales of multinational companies preferred有外企销售或市场部行政工作经验优先
3. Functional Ability职业技能
- Strong sense of responsibilities 高度责任感
- Active and hard work工作认真主动
- Be able to work under pressure 能适应压力下工作
- A good team worker 良好的团队合作精神
