Position Description:

Responsible for E2E test scenario generation, progress and documentation

Work with IT, Business Analysts and other Business teams to ensure test is on schedule and manage issues

Report on the progress to all related business team and management teams

Drive projects into and through the cross-functional BU/BT council.

Insure R&R’s are aligned and agreed upon by functional and Geo leads

Manage BMS to drive project into the E2E topic process

Ensure handoff to standard Lenovo Project release deployment process (where applicable)

Position Requirements:

BA/BA required, MS/MBA preferred

Project management skills in the areas of objective, time and resource management

Communication skills - able to co-ordinate between teams to achieve project time-lines and deliver the final result

3-5 years of professional experience in test lead /project management planning and execution in a related business environment.

Proficient language skills - English and Chinese

Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.

Strong analytic and decision making abilities.
