Position Description:
全面负责全球应用系统运维管理体系的战略设计、规划和管理；带领团队设计并优化应用系统运维模式，支持公司业务及IT发展要求，制定并完善IT系统运维相关的制度/规范/流程/工具和标准并推广；不断提升应用运维的管理水平，降低风险，提升质量。
建立、推广并持续优化应用系统运维管理体系（包括制度/规范/流程/工具和标准），推广ITIL等业界最佳实践于应用运维管理工作，不断提升运维管理质量和水平.
基于业界先进运维管理趋势/最佳实践及IT战略，设计建立适应不同运维特点的的应用系统运维模型及相应的成本模型。
监督各项运维工作的正常开展，主动识别风险和问题，提供管理通报，推动IT Function团队提升运维水平。统筹制定应用系统运维日常管理报告，定期向管理层进行通报。
负责项目及Release的运维交接，制定整体交接计划，监控交接工作的正常开展，确保退出PPS后运维团队的平稳接手。
Be in charge of the strategic design, planning and management for global applications operation management system; Lead the team to design and improve system operation model to meet Lenovo business and IT development needs; establish, deploy and enhance the operation related methodology, regulations, processes, tools and standards; improve the operation management level, control the risk proactively and increase the operation quality.
Build up, deploy and optimize proactive operation management system (methodology/regulations/processes/tools/standardss/etc.) continually; Leverage Different Kind of Resources to Study IT Operation Management Trends and ITIL Best Practice in Industry to improve the operation management quality continuously.
Design/Build application operation & cost model with consideration of ITIL Standard and IT Overall Strategy.
Monitor the execution of the daily operation, re-enforce to check existing process execution and find the operation risk/issue proactively to push the function team improving; Complete the analysis and report, reoport to management team regularly.
Position Requirements:
1,管理技能: 具有大型跨国公司/外企IT应用系统运维管理经验，至少5年以上相关管理经验，具有海外工作经验者优先；
2,专业技能 : 著名大学IT相关专业本科及以上，深厚的大型企业内部 IT 运营管理领域经验。熟悉ITIL V3.0 Operation相关理论和知识，了解至少一种业界领先的IT管理工具（Remedy等）理念；拥有Incident、Problem、Change的实际管理经验，包括流程以及KPI的制订。具有应用系统（ERP/CRM）等方面建设或运维管理经验者优先.
3, 沟通技能 & 影响力: 英语听说读写流利，特别是在IT专业领域的英文读写应用，能够流利进行日常业务沟通。具有较高水平的沟通协调能力，善于引导对方观点并采取不同策略说服/影响持怀疑态度或持不接受态度的他人（如管理层、专业人士、团队成员）；较强的呈现能力。
4， 学历要求或是否要有专业认证等等：有ITIL相关认证或实施过ISO 20000相关认证者优先.
Management Skill:with the IT application operation management experiences in large multinational corporation, 5 years or above management experience,preferred for oversea working experience.
Qualifications & Experience:A bachelor degree in IT related disciplines from well recognized universities, proficient in internal IT application operationa management. Familiar with ITIL V3.0 mothodoloty and at least one industrial ITSM system (e.g. Remedy); Has experience in Incident, Problem and Change management, include the process and KPI design. Previous experience in ERP/CRM related application project or operation management preferred;.
Communication : Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, expecially in IT area. Teamwork at the highest levels. Plan and conduct
complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments.Analyze complex/new situations. Good presentation skill.
