Position Description:
1.带领团队，负责业务管理系统（BMS）搭建及整体运营，有效支持部门核心管理团队决策快速高效
2.打通部门内各个业务团队的业务管理系统，建立有效的业务管理模型和KPI管理和考核机制，保证各项战略业务重点的有效传承和落地
3.整合公司内外部资源，对于重点业务模型深入调研、分析，并为管理层决策提供依据
4.建立和管理部门成本核算模型，针对不同的应用服务，项目运维，并购后的运维模型和成本模型，保证高效、务实、紧贴业务
5.整合全球和中国区资源推动M&A IT 业务整合
Position Requirements:
1 Bachelor's Degree or above with minimum of 3-5 Years of operation management/project management experience.
2 Strategic thinking and understand of service design, operation model design methodology.
3 Ability to drive sound decision making, prepare and present business presentations, and summarize status to senior/executive leaders.
4 Ability to understand objectives, identifies obstacles, initiative root cause analysis, mitigate risk, and develop and implement recommendations for alternative solutions.
5 Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work, lead, and team collaborate with world-wide personnel and cultures in a matrix team environment.
6 Must be highly organized, self-motivated, pro-active thinker and flexible to work non-regular hours as needed to meet global needs.
7 Flexibility to work in an fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks / projects / priorities.
8 Strong written and verbal communication skills and must be proficient and comfortable in preparing material and presenting at the executive level.
9 Must be proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Work Excel, Word).
10 Preferred Skills & Experience: (1) Business/Process Controls experience (2) Consulting service of operation model (3) Cost analysis skill and depart cost modeling experience
