Position Description:
1. Major responsibility
a. Prepare cash forecast and allocate sufficient resources between members within group
b. Discover financial instrument to maximum cash return and reduce cost
c. Well understand the FX market, could use financial instruments to manage foreign currency risk
d. Well understand manufacturing business and could build up business flow and treasury flow
2. Teamwork requirement
a. Corporate with colleagues in different treasury areas, as treasury operation, bank management, etc.
b. Lead junior colleagues
Position Requirements:
Key Skills and Attributes for a Successful Specialist:
1. Business Background:
a. Good understanding of finance and economics
b. Sound accounting knowledge is necessary
2. Communication skills:
a. Able to influence people
b. Ability to deal with different style of people
c. Strong English skill in speaking and writing
3. Project management knowledge:
a. Know-how of project management
4. Presentations:
a. Be able to prepare executive level presentations (net and to the point)
b. Ability to net complex issues into their key components, with focus on the facts, and issue to be resolved.
c. Good skills on Excel, PPT and Viso
5. Flexibility:
a. Ability to work under pressures (timing, tough people and overtime sometimes)
6. Creativity:
a. Problem solution
