Position Description:
Lead team members to complete the following work:
1. Demand forecasting: Hold regularly S&OP meeting with sales team, communicate with 4P about demand forecast and liability management, understand local market demand and business situation, ensure the forecast accuracy meet targetand, fix short-term & mid-term planning by product
2. Work closely with SCM to manage supply & demand, cost and fulfillment, ensure the supply
3. Takes actions to reduce gaps in supply or demand and reduce excess inventory, monitor business progress and act on supply and demand balance
4. Align the product portfolio, volume mix & gross margin target to do product lifecycle management and transition planning and management
5. Build or groom related business process,improve business performance
Position Requirements:
1. Strong process, logic thinking, data analysis & improvement experience able to work as part of a cross functional team.
2. Working knowledge of mobile phone industry and channel practices, market and competitive analysis, financial modeling practices.
3. Well-developed building work flow skills.
4. Working experience, of which Product operation or 4P management experience
