Responsibilities：

1. Provide accounting and cost control support for division.

2. Analyze current structure and develop, optimize structure and borderline principles towards company finance department.

3. Develop KPI and budget procedures towards fact based in cooperation with overall finance.

4. Structure cost control on purchases and storage, externally, and internally.

5. Simplifying approval procedures and overall document flow, targeted at balancing budgets versus actual costs.

6. Finance data collection and cross control.

7. Training of designers in budgeting and implemented cost control.

8. Optimize expense application forms etc.

9. Setup and structure division budget.

10. Present balanced reports monthly and weekly.

11. Other administrative tasks as relevant for division purpose.

Requirements：

1. The educational background as accountant or similar.

2. General knowledge of cost control and balancing accounts.

3. General knowledge of company accounting and financial structure.

4. Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience from similar position.

5. Administrative abilities (PC excellence: Word, Excel, PPT etc.).

6. Willing to learn the knowledge of construction industry.

7. Detailed, good collaboration skills and planning skills, self-motivating, hard working, proactive, strong analytical abilities.

8. Fluent in English, written and Oral is a MUST.
